In case you are wondering:

Well, here's the answer for you: Every special item in those bundles, except for the actual Rohan content and the special War-steed skin, will be granted to you immediately once you redeem your key. That means things like the 6th inventory bag, the steed, the title, the cosmetics, the cloaks, the crystal, the quest packs, the Outrider's Token, and the soldier appearance will all be granted to you now.
I hope that answers your question. ^_^

thanks for the link and the clarification, Gil.
At first I was thinking that $70 seems really pricey but then I did a rough calculation of how much time I spend playing the game.
On the conservative side, if I buy the $70 version I would be paying around a nickle per hour where as with the cheapest version I would be paying about 3 cents per hour.
I know many of you play even more than I do so I just figured this would help put it in perspective. Not to mention a console game costs around $60 and you get a bare fraction of the time out of it.
All in all, it's a pretty good bargain.
You know what I'm concerned about? Where am I gonna put those new mounted skills??? My hot bars have only a couple of empty slots.

Yeah I may have to do that. But I am not a clicker and you can't keybind the plugin slots - I'll move my pots and all that to the plugins.
I better do it now so I will be used to it come September.

Thanks for the info, have already pre-ordered, woot, love that new 6th bag, now I can hoard more stuff, hehee. Just a thought Dazy, since the new mounted combat is only in certain areas maybe we'll have a pet companion bar for the skills or some such? That or yeah they ought to add more bars, .

Woot I just preordered as well.
If they do have a mounted combat bar, I hope they make it key-bindable. The preorder grants +25% exp for all toons up to lvl 75. I wonder if that will stack with the +exp tomes I already own? I'll have to check it out.

I imagine it'll work the same as the XP bonus token that came from RoI

I see the pre order of $70 as paying $30 for the horse, the costume and bag. And I'm not sure what you get in the $40 pkg that you dont get in the $70 that is worth the extra, cuz all three give u the play time for RoR, including, according to the faq, mounted combat when it goes live. I gunna get sumfin, but someone needs to show me the shiny before Imma let go of another 30.
[edit] Gil needa update his sig image cuz it says he is lvl 65 but who exactly that is, we dont know. ;)
[edit2] sux2. the added legacy crystal is the thing that will be worth the $30 or it wont. Well that and bag 6 nao. *sigh*
New discusstion: what item r u gonna put the extra leg on(sic)?

I put the crystal on Wulfy's halberd, Ceedric's book, and Wulfmeister's belt so far.

For some reason I'm just not feeling good about this expansion. Mounted combat just doesn't sound like fun to me. I'm going to hold off on any purchase until I can kick the tires on that. If it goes to BullRoarer I might go ahead and load that up to try it out.

Went ahead and per-ordered as well, went for the 70 dollars version. Seems wee bit expensive, but I a lifetime founder so no monthly fee for the game, so went ahead and went for it. I am considering it, me supporting the game, since I don't pay the monthly fee. I grabbed the 5000 point deal as well, that they offered. I am liking the 6th bag and am pretty excited about the upcoming expansion.

I'm still pondering which version to buy.
The legacy crystal is not level limited, so with the expansion launching 9/5/2012, I think I would hold on to it to add to my level 85 legendaries. On the other hand, I might just buy the bargain expansion and buy the legacy crystal and 6th bag with TPs when the expansion goes live. Rumor is they will sell for about 1000 TP each. Of course, with the $70 version, I get one crystal per character, so I'm still trying to decide what to do.
